| Have you ever thought about the advantages of having on online business site? Customers could find out valuable information about store hours, special holiday sales, products, and write you a important question via e-mail. But the big advantage to opening an online business site is the customer care issue. When you open an online business site you are giving your customers the most your store can offer. They can access your site any time, drop you an e-mail and never have to leave their house . . . total convienence! Customers like to know you're willing to take that extra step. I'll mention it right now, because if I was looking for a design company the first thing that would change my mind is: A) Signing up for a mailing list because the prices look okay, B) Then finding out after pages and pages of typing and clicking that they need my VISA card today in order to complete my subscription? C) And finally, noticing that the price originally quoted ONLY included the initial design, and I'm expected to sign up for 3 years of web hosting for $80.00 a month and subscribe to 'Computer Magazine,' but get 30% off the cover price "with this special deal." Everyone is annoyed with come-ons like that and when starting this design business I knew we where going to change that! We'll design a five page business website, no shopping features, add on a Message Board, and or Guest Book for $75.00, ONLY! But of course, if you need face to face customer care we do expect you to pay for room and board if you live on a beautiful tropical island.
